Room Notes:

The biggest budget items here are the sofa (around $3000) and the rug. With the rug being around $2000 alone, you could substitute a regular 8x10 wool flokati rug for under $500 instead (like this one) and shave over $1500 off this room budget. Or if you are loving the rug and want to find a better price on a sectional, this one is a great alternative with good reviews, and under $1300!

I love the grasscloth wallpaper as an accent for one wall but perhaps not the entire thing. Maybe even on the ceiling! The budget includes 4 rolls of this wallpaper. To me this says vacation without being like, on-the-nose jungle wallpaper. I’m not a huge fan of themed decor so this is pushing it for me, but I think this wallpaper brings us to a happy medium!
