We have a very special announcement today!

This year has been an important year for us in our business. We quadrupled our weddings and our portrait sessions from 2010 to 2011. We made some great friends in the process. Most recently, Jeremy + Elsie's wedding was featured in Style Me Pretty's Best Weddings of 2011 Digital Magazine! We are so honored, blessed, and thankful.

But NONE of this could have happened without your word of mouth, your support, and faith in us! We need each of you who are on our side and rooting for us.

So we wanted to say THANK YOU... and in attempting to best show our appreciation, we've decided to give away a wedding photography package to one very special bride & groom this year!

**NOTE: Check with us first to make sure your wedding date is available! Currently we are nearly booked up for September and October.**

But we need your help in getting the word out! Even if you are single or happily married we would really appreciate if you passed our giveaway on, whether on your own blog, or via Twitter, Facebook, or Pinterest. ♥

Now, all the details on entering! Here we go!

ELIGIBILITY:

You must be an engaged bride & groom planning a wedding for anytime between April and November of 2012.

You must not have already entered into contract with any photographer for your wedding day, including us! :)

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Create a video telling us your names, a little about you and your story together, and a little about what you are most looking forward to on your wedding day! Be sure and include where you live or where you are planning your wedding to be held, and why you'd really love to win this giveaway. Be creative! If you have access to a fancy phone or computer, you can make a video. Easy as pie.

2. Upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo.

3. Send us an email at hello (at) arrowandapple.com and include the following:

Your names
Your location
Your wedding date
A link to your video!
A photo of the two of you (will be used in the voting process)
If you didn't include it in your video, tell us why you would really love to win this giveaway.

HOW TO WIN!

Here's how it works. For every emailed entry we receive, we will take each photo and put them up on our Facebook page with a link to your video. The sooner you enter, the more time you will have to collect votes! In order to have friends vote for you, have them "like" or comment on your photo! It's that easy. We are counting all likes and comments, so if they do both, you have the potential for TWO votes per person. It's up to you to promote the heck out of yourself, though. Use any social networking means necessary! You gotta be in it to win it.

We will choose a winning bride & groom out of the top 5 couples with the most votes.

TIMELINE

The deadline for entries is Thursday, February 9th. The sooner you enter, the better! Late-comers are welcome too, but you will have to work EXTRA hard to make up the time with your votes.

We will open it up for voting on Facebook after the first entry is received. Be sure and like us on Facebook to have a jump start on voting!

Voting will end Friday, February 10th.

We will choose a winner from the top 5 couples with the highest number of votes!

The winning couple will be announced on Tuesday, February 14th ♥ Right here on the blog!

THE FINE PRINT & PARTICULARS

Entrants outside of Phoenix, Arizona in the continental USA MUST be aware that if they win, they will be responsible for airfare, transportation and 2 nights' hotel stay for 1 person. Entrants outside of the continental USA will be responsible for airfare, transportation, and up to 4 nights' hotel stay. (We will keep costs as low as possible of course! We're sort of pro's at finding cheap flights.)

What are we looking for? We are just excited to hear your stories! But create your video in a way that you think people would want to vote for you. The more creative, the better. :)

The winning prize is a complete wedding photography package valued at $3000. This includes up to 8 hours of wedding day coverage, a disc of carefully-edited, high resolution images for you to print from, and online viewing and print ordering for your family & friends.
